The teachers, parent educators, principal and other professional associated with the Early Childhood Program will work together in a team effort approach to provide coordinated services that best meet the diverse needs of young children and their families.

By providing support and knowledge of child development to families, parents become more confident and informed observers and facilitators or their children's development. The preschool programs maximize opportunities for success in the areas of language, cognitive, self-help, motor and personal-social skills.

Parents as Teachers provides parent education for parents with young children Birth to Five. Home visits and group meeting provide opportunities for both the parent and child. Parent educators offer free developmental screening throughout the program year.
