Immunization Schedule

Compliance with laws regarding immunization

Section 167.181 of Missouri School Law states "It is unlawful for any student to enroll or attend school unless properly immunized in seven categories"...School Law further requires:

a. The school maintain a record showing the immunization status of every child enrolled.

b. That the parent or guardian must furnish to the school satisfactory evidence of immunization.

c. Names of parents not complying with b. above must be reported to the Department of Health.

All students must present documentation of month, day, and year of each immunization.

To remain in school, students "In progress" must receive immunizations as soon as they become due.

Religious and Medical exemptions will be allowed.
